Insert Productions AGM 2024

The Insert Productions team got together for our first ever AGM at the Mytton & Mermaid in Attingham on Friday 30th August.

A structured, yet informal afternoon started with a team lunch, followed by presentations from department heads who updated the team on how the business is performing and upcoming developments. With everyone sitting around one table, there were ample opportunities for all Insert Productions employees to ask questions and contribute ideas.

Danny Pearce, Co-founder and Managing Director of Insert Productions said: “Even though we’re still a relatively small team, we don’t get the chance to get together like this as much as I’d like. The AGMs are an ideal opportunity to keep communication flowing throughout the business. The information doesn’t just flow from top to bottom, but in all directions. It’s important for all our staff to know how Insert is performing, and it’s equally prevalent for us to listen to their input. Insert Productions is where it is today thanks to the input of the team, and how they’ve guided Alex and I with their expert advice.”
