Imagine Events

The Challenge

Insert Productions were commissioned by exhibition stand specialists, Imagine Events, to supply and install AV & IT equipment throughout the Grant stand—including a large format LED screen which would make the space visibly stand out from Grant’s competitors.

Our Solutions

We designed, supplied, installed and managed specialist audiovisual systems. In addition to lighting, video and audio, we provided the technical infrastructure, fulfilling all rigging, power distribution and crewing needs. As a single source supplier taking on all aspects of technical production, we relieved Seen Presents from any stress or concern relating to the technical success of their event.

Curved LED Wall

A curved LED wall was the central feature of Grant’s clean and sophisticated looking exhibition stand. Responding to Imagine Events’ brief, we designed, supplied and installed a 5x3M wall using Unilumin Upad IV 2.6mm curved LED panels. Each 500mm LED tile can be curved up to 40° with no visible facets—resulting in a perfectly curved LED wall.

Gamification Feature

Interactive features such as custom games are a proven method of attracting more people to your stand and keeping them there longer. Grant chose to add an electronic darts game to their space, where users attempted to beat the highest score. We provided an iPad for player registration and a 43” HD screen displaying the leaderboard of top scorers.

Display Screens

Insert Productions supported Imagine Events with a wide range of display screens around the Grant stand. We supplied, installed and managed content for various screens, ranging from wall-mounted 43” 4K screens displaying product details and videos to iPads in floor stands, which guests used to explore Grant’s product portfolio.
