We designed the stand, both visually and experientially, collaborating with select industry experts to create an immersive space of the highest calibre. Our production management team took the concept from design to reality, including the installation and management of technical infrastructure such as rigging, power distribution and network connectivity.
We identified an opportunity to increase our visibility on the show floor by rigging a high definition LED banner above our space. We supplied and installed all the LED technology, including the creation of motion graphics content, identifying what we do and who we do it for. Our LED banner was visible from virtually all positions within the exhibition hall.
Every event space benefits from an interactive feature which attracts attention and encourages engagement. Insert Productions collaborated with Move AI to develop an authentic experience which was the talk of the show and shared wisely on social media. Guests moved in front of the screen to control a lifesize avatar, generated in real-time in response to their movements.
One of our team suggested letting guests control the lighting and music on our stand—making a feature out of the DJ decks and lighting console. It proved to be one of the best decisions we made when designing our Event Tech Live stand, with dozens of people embracing the opportunity to have a go with the latest equipment.
Creative lighting is an effective way of refreshing the look and mood of your space during an event. We designed, supplied and installed a show lighting rig using LED fixtures from Ayrton and Martin Professional. Various lighting scenes were pre-programmed and could be easily activated by one of our team or a guest using the ‘you take control’ system.
We used a 49” 4K touchscreen in portrait format running our website to show people examples of our work and how our services might be able to satisfy their requirements. The touchscreen portal was used constantly throughout the two-day event, by our team and other guests who wanted to learn more about Insert Productions.
